Dr. Richard Sizmann
Richard Sizmann, holds a doctorate in physics. He is co-founder, managing director and a board member of Microstep AG, where he is responsible for business development of the Microstep Alliance a cooperation of the Microstep AG and its associated daughter companies. Over the last 10 years he led the business side of various projects for front-office systems for private and investment banking. In addition he serves in different active roles within the Microstep Alliance.
Markus Schmidt
Markus Schmidt is co-founder, managing director and a board member of Microstep AG, which owns shares in Matobis AG. At Microstep AG he is responsible for IT strategy and product development of the Microstep Alliance. Since the foundation of the Mircostep IT AG he accompanied numerous software products of the Microstep Alliance from the conception to market introduction, this includes software like systems for the analysis and optimization of the asset structure, balance sheet optimization and the analysis of information flows in the internet.
